One Giant LeapAI Coaching

Who's coaching you
through this?

Learn the tools worth your time, and the judgment to know what to hand off.

AI coaching for professionals and teams from One Giant Leap. Luke and Edgar coach every session themselves.

Why a coach?

The problem with figuring AI out alone…

You walk away with real results.

Every week there is a new model, a new app, another thing you are supposed to try. The tools were never the point. What they take off your plate is.

Coaching starts from your work, not the tool list. You walk away with working automations and real results in your business, not a folder of prompts you will never open. And that is the whole offer: no upsell, no next class you are funneled into.

You need results, not another tool

Knowing what to hand off is the hard part.

AI will happily do the wrong parts of your job. Hand off the wrong thing and you spend the afternoon fixing it, then quietly decide this whole AI thing is not for you.

The skill is judgment: what to keep, what to work through together, and what should run without you at all.

Make work more human.

You need judgment, not more prompts

Amplify the team you already have.

A small team can feel like a much larger one. We coach you to get more from what you already have, without anyone losing their job to it: people land in their strengths, and the busywork stops eating the week.

A good week starts with good automation. Not everything needs AI; we help you understand your systems first, then automate only what should run without you.

You need your team amplified, not replaced

We map a real week
of your work.

Then you decide what to Keep, Collaborate, and Automate.

One ordinary week, mapped the way we would map yours together.

Keep Collaborate Automate

All of it by hand, every week. This is where the week goes.

Keep

The work only you should be doing: the call, the relationship, the decision. You learn to name it fast, so you stop trying to hand off the wrong things.

Collaborate

Where AI works as a thought partner rather than a replacement. Most people skip straight past this part and go hunting for something to automate.

Automate

The steps that should run without you. You learn which ones qualify, and what to do on the day one of them breaks.

Score yourself

What's your AI readiness score?

Six questions about the week you actually have. No email, no forms. The score is instant.

Almost too easy

Three steps. Start with a call.

1

A 15-minute fit call

We go over your work and what you are trying to do with AI. It is also your first chance to get to know your coaches: the call is with them, not a salesperson. It ends with a recommendation, even when the recommendation is not us.

2

We scope it around you

Private coaching is $899 for four 90-minute sessions. Team coaching gets scoped around your team on that call, so it fits the work you actually have.

3

Luke and Edgar coach it

Every session, the two of them. The tools worth your time, the judgment to know what to hand off, and the habits that keep both in place.

That's it!

Fair questions.

What does coaching cost?

Private coaching is $899: four 90-minute one-on-one sessions with Luke and Edgar. Team coaching has no set price, because every team is different; it gets scoped around your team on the 15-minute fit call.

Is this one on one, or for my team?

Either. Coaching runs one on one, or with your whole team.

Who actually does the coaching?

Luke and Edgar, every session. Luke holds a Master's in Applied AI from the University of San Diego and an MIT certification in building AI systems. Edgar is a former Boeing engineer and a multi-time entrepreneur.

What does coaching cover?

The three things that make AI useful at work: the tools worth your time, the judgment to know what to hand off, and the habits that keep both in place.

What if coaching is not what I need?

Then we say so. The call ends with a recommendation, even when the recommendation is not us. If your website should be doing the selling, we point you at the websites. If you want to build your own tools, we point you at the classes.
